#1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms§
Welcome to Harry Lee ("Harry Lee" / "we" / "us" / "our"), an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, for replacing and translating text in images, available at https://edittextinimage.com (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
#2. Service Description§
2.1 What We Provide
Harry Lee provides an AI-powered platform, operated as EditTextInImage, that enables users to replace and translate text in images. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered via the internet.
2.2 Nature of the Service
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Upon confirmed payment, access is granted immediately. Due to the immediate digital delivery, specific limitations apply to refunds as described in Section 7.
2.3 AI Models and Third-Party Service Providers
EditTextInImage uses third-party AI models to provide image text editing and translation features. Currently supported models include OpenAI GPT Image 2 and Google Nano Banana models, available in our interface as Nano Banana Edit and Nano Banana Pro. These models are accessed through KIE, a third-party API service provider.
Users can view and select an available model in the editing interface before submitting a generation request. Model availability may change over time, and the available options are displayed in the interface.
EditTextInImage is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or Google. All model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
#3. Account Registration and Eligibility§
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.2 Account Security
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@edittextinimage.com.
- Do not share login credentials with any third party.
- Keep your billing email address current.
3.3 Organization Accounts
If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
#4. Credit Packages§
We offer one-time credit packages, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Package prices and credit quantities are displayed at https://edittextinimage.com/pricing at the time of purchase. Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional and registration credits may have their own expiration dates, shown when granted.
Credits are consumed for image text editing and translation. The required credits are shown before generation. AI output quality may vary; review the full result before using it.
#5. Billing and Payment§
5.1 One-Time Purchase Authorization
Each credit-package purchase is a one-time transaction authorized at checkout for the amount displayed. We do not automatically renew credit packages or charge you again without a new purchase.
5.2 Digital Delivery
Credits become available in your account after payment is confirmed. If delivery is delayed, contact support@edittextinimage.com with your transaction ID. Do not make another payment to resolve a pending order.
5.3 Taxes
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar) unless otherwise stated. Where required by applicable law, taxes may be collected at checkout.
5.4 Waffo Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed through Waffo Pancake. Waffo.com Limited acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for these transactions, handling payment collection, receipts or invoices, applicable transaction taxes, and payment-related refunds and disputes. Waffo's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy apply to its processing. We remain responsible for providing the product and product-related support. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
#6. Cancellation and Promotional Credits§
There is no recurring subscription to cancel. To request a refund for a one-time purchase, follow Section 7. Deleting your account does not itself initiate a payment refund.
Free trials, coupons, promotional credits, beta credits, or bonus credits may have separate limits, shorter expiration periods, reduced support scope, usage caps, or withdrawal rules.
#7. Refund Policy§
7.1 Credit-Package Refunds
- Unused credit packages within 7 days of purchase: eligible for a full refund.
- If some credits from that package have been consumed within 7 days of purchase: a proportional refund for the unused remainder.
- Consumed credits outside that window are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, verified service interruptions described below, or rights required by law.
- Duplicate charges caused by billing error: full refund.
- Verified service interruption caused by us lasting more than 72 hours: proportional refund or equivalent extension, as applicable.
- Statutory rights, including EU/UK cooling-off rights where applicable, are reserved.
Approved refunds, legally required refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals may revoke the purchased credits or associated benefits for the affected payment.
7.2 Failed Generations
When a generation is confirmed as failed by the service, the credits charged for that task are returned through our failure-refund process. A pending task is not yet a confirmed failure. This is a return of service credits, not a cash refund. Contact support if a confirmed failure has not been credited back.
7.3 Credit Validity and Consumption
Purchased credit packages do not expire. Promotional credits retain their stated validity period. Credits with an earlier expiration are consumed first. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not transferable, and may only be used inside the Service.
7.4 How to Request a Refund
Email support@edittextinimage.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will confirm within 2 business days and, where a refund is approved, process it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to the payment provider. Actual receipt timing depends on Waffo and your financial institution; mandatory rights and Waffo's applicable terms are not limited by this estimate.
Accounts closed for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refund except where required by law.
#8. Billing Disputes§
If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@edittextinimage.com and contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
#9. AI Content and Intellectual Property§
9.1 Output Ownership
Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content produced in response to your inputs ("Outputs") is owned by you. You may use Outputs for any lawful purpose consistent with Section 10 and the Acceptable Use Policy.
9.2 Input License
You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service ("Inputs"). By submitting Inputs, you grant Harry Lee a limited, non-exclusive license to process those Inputs solely to deliver the Service, including transmitting them to third-party AI providers as needed to generate Outputs. We do not use your Inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency
The Service relies on the third-party AI models and API service provider described in Section 2.3. Model and provider availability may affect processing times, service availability, and output quality. AI-generated results may vary, and specific editing outcomes are not guaranteed.
9.4 AI Output Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs before relying on, publishing, selling, or distributing them.
9.5 Service Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
#10. Acceptable Use§
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, creative work, business use, and research.
The full content rules, reporting process, and enforcement actions are in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Without limiting that policy, you agree not to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate deepfake content that impersonates a real person or is intended to deceive viewers about its origin or authenticity.
- Generate content that sexualizes minors or violates child-protection laws.
- Produce malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools.
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Bypass or interfere with security, rate limits, payment, or provider policies.
- Resell or sublicense access without prior written approval.
- Use Inputs, Outputs, or derivatives to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise develop a competing AI or machine-learning model.
- Systematically scrape or harvest model outputs at scale for purposes other than your own authorized use.
- Represent AI-generated outputs as the work of a licensed professional (for example a doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser) in contexts where that misrepresentation could cause harm.
Do not submit prompts, input media, persona descriptions, or reference images that violate law, infringe third-party rights, expose private information without authorization, create non-consensual intimate or exploitative content, impersonate a real person in a misleading or harmful way, or attempt to bypass safety, rate-limit, payment, or provider policies.
We may review abuse reports, investigate suspected violations, preserve evidence required for safety or legal reasons, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts, and cooperate with providers or lawful requests when required.
If you believe content violates these Terms, your rights, privacy, or applicable law, you may report content or request removal through support@edittextinimage.com.
#11. Data, Privacy, and Security§
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed by the applicable payment processor described in Section 5.4 (including Waffo Pancake for Waffo checkout) and is not stored on our servers. After account closure or a deletion request, account data is retained for 90 days and then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep for legal, security, tax, or accounting reasons.
#12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability§
12.1 Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify AI-generated content with a qualified professional before acting on it.
12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harry Lee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
#13. Term and Termination§
These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, we suspect fraudulent activity, or as required by law. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a refund for any unused purchased credits. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@edittextinimage.com.
#14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution§
These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact us at support@edittextinimage.com to attempt informal resolution.
#15. General Provisions§
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and Harry Lee regarding the Service.
